What's New?
2130 hours,
There is no easy way to convey this information. I test every batch of paint that comes in before I sell anything. Bottom line is all of the air dry synthetic enamel Olive Drab Shade #8 paint that was delivered today is defective. This includes gallons and spray cans.
I have just sent an email to the factory and will follow up first thing in the morning. Tomorrow I will be processing credit card credits for all customers that have paid by credit card.
I am truly sorry for this disappointment and inconvenience, but I cannot sell this paint, the quality of this lot does not meet our standards. Eventually this was bound to happen sometime. This is that time.

The last few months have proved very productive in regards to research of various colors and specifications published, requested, and utilized during the war years, and the years immediately following the cessation of hostilities in August of 1945. Within the next few months I hope to close a few more gaps, of which I would regard as minor, as more information surfaces.

Red Oxide Epoxy Primer is now available. Check out the Photo Gallery section to see what it looks like once applied. This Epoxy Primer can be used with most kinds of paint, including synthetic enamel. The mixing ratio is 4:1:1. Primer:Catalyst:Xylene. For those of you that want the primer to dry somewhat faster, you can use M.E.K. rather than Xylene. DO NOT use Acetone!
